A Stitch and a Prayer

Eva Gibson has quilted a story about the love between a husband and wife that transcends over time.

Florence has her own preconcieved ideas of what her marriage should be and has many challenges to get it where she feels it should be.  One day Will leaves Eva a note telling her that she would return before their child is born and leaves without a clue of where he is going.

With the support of her family and friends Eva begins to make a quilt.  Through this quilt many leasons are learns to trust God's strength and rely on him to get her through a rough marriage.

A Stitch and a Prayer is a book from the Quilts of Love Series.  The characters seemed like they were your next door neighbors that you conversed with every day and became a part of their lives.
